SNS Architects and Engineers has been providing Architectural and Engineering design services for over 64 years.  Our office is located in Montvale, New Jersey; we have designed over 45,000,000 square feet of facilities for Corporations, Pharmaceutical Industry, Financial Institutions, Developers, REITS, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Retail Industry, Parking Structures, and for Local, State and Federal Governmental Agencies.

We have extensive experience in the layout and design of industrial facilities, pharmaceutical, warehousing facilities, office buildings, car dealerships, corporate headquarters, banks and financial institutions, retail industry, Colleges and Universities, manufacturing education and laboratory facilities.  We prepare site master planning for clients including additional on grade parking plans, building additions, planning and zoning approvals. We have performed space planning, tenant fit-up and interior design services for various corporations and institutions.

Our professional services include the Architectural and Engineering design of warehouses and distribution centers, pharmaceutical industry, corporate headquarters, parking structures/decks, car dealerships, bank branches, back office facilities, schools, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, overnight and express package delivery facilities, retail establishments, laboratory buildings, hospitals and medical office buildings.  We have worked with corporations, developers, general contractors and construction managers on various types of construction contracts of all types and sizes.

Although our office is located in Montvale, New Jersey, we have successfully designed, permitted and completed projects at the Planning Board level (site plan approvals) as well as at the Building Department level (construction permitting) in more than 20 states and we are licensed in as many.  We have the ability to obtain licenses in any state in a short period of time if required as our architects are members of NCARB and our engineers are members of NCEES.

We have an integrated office of Architects and Engineers; our office staff consists of 16 professional and administrative personnel with in-house Structural and Civil/Site Engineering, interior designers, specification writers, and a full complement of CAD, BIM, REVIT technical personnel. 

We have the expertise, depth, and professional creative ability to produce a design which will be state of the art, architecturally attractive, functional and economical in overall cost.  We are familiar with all local, state and federal building codes throughout the United States.

All our projects are directed by the Principals of the firm with expertise in the various disciplines.  The Principals are directly involved in all phases of the project from inception to project close-out.
